How does it work?
Laser light can be accurately focused into small spots with very high energy.
Vascular and pigmented skin lesions strongly absorb visible light from the Laser light energy. The light energy is absorbed by water in the skin cells, causing a controlled trauma to the treatment area whereby the skin will heal and regenerate healthy skin cells.
The targeted cells are destroyed with no harm to the surrounding tissue. Short pulses reduce the amount that the damaged cells are heated, reducing thermal injury and prolonged side effects and down time.
